Films and series in the learning process of the English language
Abstract
This thesis analyses the use of movies and/or series in language learning. It tackles the different possibilities of using them, whether it is in class or out of class with or without subtitles on, whether one is motivated or not by this medium and by the will to improve one’s language. The study also gives examples of skill improvements made by users with this method and a lesson plan centered around movies and series.
