La place de l'école dans les projets de rénovation urbaine

Abstract : Since 2003, Urban policy has set up urban renovation programs in the neighbourhoods experiencing the greatest difficulties. These programs articulate urban, social, economic and environmental aspects in order to develop the neighbourhoods and reduce social inequality. Many public equipments are involved in renewal operation, including educational establishments. Thus,some municipalities take school issues into account when they establish renewal operation. The objective is to demonstrate how school issues are integrated in renewal operation. Projects of seven municipalities are developed for this purpose.
